Who we are

EasySpainNow (the “Site”) is published by TWENTY M SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company registered under SIREN 990370603, with its registered office at 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France (“we”, “us”).

What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the Site, the newsletter, and any purchase of the Spain Navigator (the “App”). By using the Site you accept them. If you buy the App, the terms shown at checkout also apply.

Information, not advice

Everything on the Site is general information for U.S. citizens considering a move to Spain. It is not legal, immigration, tax, financial or medical advice. Rules change and every situation is different. Check current requirements with the competent Spanish or U.S. authority, or a licensed professional, before you act.

The Spain Navigator

The App is sold as a one-time purchase giving access for the life of the product. Access is personal and may not be shared. You can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by writing to us. Data you type into the App is stored in your browser; we cannot restore it if you clear it.

Intellectual property

The guides, the App, the logos and the design are ours or licensed to us. You may read and share links freely. You may not reproduce, scrape or resell the content.

Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. Partner placements are labelled. See the Affiliate Disclosure.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under French or applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers resident in the European Union keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Disputes go to the competent courts of Paris, subject to those rules.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version.
