What we collect and why

Newsletter. Your email address, to send you the newsletter you asked for. Legal basis: consent. Processed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc., United States) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Contact and waitlist forms. Your name, email and message, to answer you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying. Processed by Netlify (form handling) and kept for 12 months.

Purchases of the Spain Navigator. Name, email and payment confirmation. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see your card number. Legal basis: performance of the contract. Kept for the duration required by French accounting law.

Analytics. With your consent, Google Analytics 4 collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Without consent, no analytics cookie is set. Legal basis: consent.

Server logs. Netlify keeps access logs for security for a short period.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent at any time by writing to us through the contact page. You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Transfers outside the EU

Mailchimp, Netlify, Stripe and Google process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
